Becoming a Broward County Special Process Server

Each year, the Sheriff of Broward County appoints individuals to serve non-enforceable civil process under the provisions of Florida Statute 48.021 for a one-year period. To qualify for this appointment, an application must be completed and submitted prior to the published deadline and instruction and testing must be successfully completed.
